Pramesh Rambhiya hails from a family of Entrepreneurs, he studied Mechanical Engineering at University of Mumbai and took experience at world renowned engineering giant ‘Larsen & Toubro’ (L&T). He is a first Generation Real Estate Developer with more than 25 years of Real Estate experience. His eye for detail and knack for perfection has ensured delivery of various engineering marvel.
Pramesh Rambhiya has successfully delivered more than 1.2 million sq.ft. and rehabitated more than 1,200 members.
Under Mr. Pramesh Rambhiya’s leadership company has scaled new heights and has delivered quality products in targeted time.
Dr. Adv. Harshul Savla

Propelling Suvidha Lifespaces growth to next level is Dr. Adv. Harshul Savla, he is a Ph.D from University of Mumbai and has completed his MBA from JBIMS (Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies), Mumbai and has completed his BMS from Narsee Monjee College. He has completed his LL.B from the Government Law College, Mumbai and his LL.M from Department of Law at University of Mumbai.
Dr. Harshul Savla has authored the book “India’s First Ph.D. thesis on REITs”. Dr. Harshul Savla is a perfect mix of Corporate Experience as EA to Ramesh Nair, CEO & Country Head, JLL India and as a Wealth Manager at TATA Capital. He is one of the youngest Managing Committee Member at MCHI-CREDAI and is NexGEN member of NAREDC0- West. Realty NXT has featured Harshul Savla in its Young Turk of Real Estate Sector series.
